October 2022: Fall has finally arrived in and
around the Chesapeake. With cooling water and air temperatures,
change is in the air. On the downside, Spanish Mackerel are moving
down the Bay to return to the Atlantic as they do every year around this
time. But Rockfish move down the rivers, and schools of Rock
and Bluefish at times seem to be everywhere, chasing baitfish to the
surface. Some boats continue to live line Spot while others are
trolling. The action can be fast and furious, so Fall is a great
time to get out on the Bay and catch some fish! Check us out and
